We arrived here tired after a long week of traveling across Italy. The staff was amazing- very friendly and attentive. Everyone goes above and beyond in paying attention to the little details to make your stay enjoyable and it is obvious every staff member takes pride in their work. The location is excellent for walking all over the city with many restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of items. I really loved that the hotel was impeccably clean and the decor was soothing and very classy.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the Main Street which we loved, but if you want a really quiet room you sh...

The hotel is very well located in the centre all the attractions are in walking distance lots of lovely restaurants and cafés around too, the staff were very polite and helpful the hotel is very clean our room was a fair size overlooking the street great for people watching, nice breakfast good selection and choice. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the bar prices €19 for a Rossini or Bellini paid a lot less at the intercontinental in Rome this put us off trying the restaurants even though I chose the hotel for the outside restaurant thought it would have been lovely for our anniversary.

I stayed at the Brunelleschi for a few days in July 2014 with my son. What a lovely hotel. Crisp, white decor, wood flooring, lots of glass.......creating a clean, minimalistic ambiance. I'm OCD about cleanliness and bedding etc......in short - VERY difficult to please when it comes to hotel choices. This surpassed them all. The staff were utterly amazing. We did have breakfast, which my son loved (I only had coffee, but there was an array of food and beverage choices). I did find their bar prices for cocktails a little too much to be honest (I had just come from Rome which is expensive, but the Brunelleschi was even higher than that), which did spoil it a little. Euro14 for a glass of wine is a little steep, let's be honest. There was a beautiful little chocolatier/gelato cafe opposite the entrance the the Brunelleschi which was FANTASTIC. Delicious selection of delightful mini-cakes, gelato, and snacks - don't mention the chocolate offerings - they were divine! Best of all (which I only discovered on my last day), a lovely glass of Prosecco was ONLY Euro 3.50. I sat at the Brunelleschi patio opposite the day before and it cost me Euro14 for that same glass! Summary - fantastic hotel, wonderful staff.........but you can get better value for dinner and drinks at so many other amazing venues in Florence. If you visit, then just wander around and enjoy...........

From arrival to departure the hotel could not be more accommodating. The room was perfectly clean, breakfast outstanding and staff very friendly. In particular David was lovely. We shall definitely return to this hotel.

We were a family of 12 (Grandparents to 7 year old) and this Hotel was just perfect. Adjoining rooms that had a King bed in one room and 2 doubles in the other. Shower or bath option in each room, air conditioned, TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfasts, and the location was central Florence. Would recommend to a family group or couples or friends. Best hotel we stayed in during our European holiday

Room Tip: All rooms are great. Talk to staff and any problems we be fixed ASAP

Upon arrival (and due to is just being wed) my wife and I were upgraded to a suite - with a bottle of Prosseco chilling on ice - upon our arrival. The hotel is well located and is beautiful. All hotel staff were friendly, hard working and helpful.
This is a great hotel and I rate it very highly.

Location and facility is famouse. Thats why stuff there calculating that will be allways 100% full of guest. No servis, no invence, nothing nice in behaving to guest. Only waiting still some pocket money fee for every help you asking like guest them. And quality of beds this is triller story. Parameters 190x70cm may be for childrens but not for adult. No way for price compare what you reciveing. For me not any more. Lot of much better places in Florence. This is only design but not guest quality and comfort. Thay know that position of hotel is nice and 12mil. Travelers every year in Florence!? For sure some guest will come. This is realy not professional.

Room Tip: No tip all bads in hotel are some :(
