We had an amazing time at NH Firenze. Our room was clean and well cared for and staff was very friendly and helpful. Melody at the bar was so nice!! She gave us ideas for a pub to try, place to eat and helped ensure we had our train information right.

Stayed here for four days while we visited the sites in Florence. Everyone was super helpful from suggesting restaurants to serving drinks. Even though it’s not in the center of everything, it was worth the extra few blocks of walking. Rooms were clean and rooftop bar was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

We stayed at NH Firenze on a busy Saturday evening with my father, husband, and two stepdaughters. The girls absolutely loved the ambiance, comfy beds, fancy bathroom, and delicious breakfast. I have trouble sleeping in hotels in general, but I had no problems at all here. Most of all, we really appreciated the first class service we received from the friendly and accommodating staff. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

I got a great stay in the hotel,I had a long stay in Florence because of a bisiness trip. What made speciall the hotel is the staff, most of them incredible great people, specially Vittoria at the breakfast she just made me feel at home, very caring and nice to me, making all perfect to start the day,which is priceless in such circumstances. I want to say that my family and I enjoyed our recent stay at the NH Firenze. The staff was warm and helpful the breakfast was very good and our room was comfortable. My sole complaint and it bothered me a lot, was that the pool and roof deck was closed during our stay. When you open up the NH Hotel website and look up the NH Firenze the first thing you see is a picture of the pool and roof deck...much like the picture used by tripadvisor. When that is your key marketing point I think it is imperative to let people know that it won't be available during your stay before you arrive. The pool and roof deck were the number one reason I booked the hotel. That tainted what was otherwise enjoyable experience. I think it would have been nice of the hotel to offer some credit or have comped breakfast because of this key area being off limit to guests.

It's very important for us to know our guests experiences, because all that information helps us to improve the quality of our service;
Infact regading the complain about the opening of our Narciso rooftop and pool, we want to take a minute to explain it: during your stay, as you personally just saw, the weather was completely bad, and we even decide to check the weather daily, to see if we can open, as in everything in an open air area on the 6th floor.
As also, you can see from our website there are pictures of our pool and roof, that doesn't mean that is open everyday and is reatten everywhere and clearly that is open only during the season time (so if we have to considere that, were supposed to be open only from june to september, but we didn't do like because we want that our guests enjoy from now even if the weather is against us!).
