Lots of Pros-
Deluxe Room is huge. Can easily fit 3 people.
Bed is on the firm side (foam mattress) but comfy.
Had lots of closet spaces and the dresser drawers/night stands were nice.
Bathroom is really nice. Upgraded and modern.
Very good location. Everything is pretty much 5 minutes away. Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo.
Florence is small enough that if you stay around the Duomo area.. towards the Arno River...then most of the major attractions will be 5 minutes away.
Wifi is slower than dialup. If you need to stay connected, do not rely on their free wifi in the lobby. You will be frustruated, so don't even bother. I hope they look into upgrading and changing their internet provider.
Front desk recommended a restaurant that they never been to before.
Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday so it may get tiring after a few days.
Overall, it's a great hotel... I would pay around $120-$160 for a room here depending on season.
