The Internet was not working well. The bathroom tub has one of those ridiculous little glass deflectors and no shower curtain. It is not a pleasant showering experience. The A/C is weak. There is a nice atrium area on the ground floor for relaxing.

Since everything in Florence is within walking distance, it would be difficult to have a bad location anyway, but this one is conveniently just down the street from the train station and just on the other side of all of the noise that is central Florence making for a good night's rest. Also, there were plenty of good restaurants just around the corner (but don't miss the hotel's chocolate croissants in the morning buffet!).

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the balcony, which overlooked the parking square--the latter peaceful enough to enjoy a glass of wine and the former great to come back to after a long day walking the city.

The hotel also offered free wifi throughout the hotel (none of the constant re-logging in required elsewhere in the country) and was spacious enough you won't feel like you're in a typical, cramped, overpriced, European hotel.

This was the best hotel (of the six total) we stayed at during our tour of Italy!

I have book this hotel, because my preferred ones were notavailable, for a n usual reason of catalyctmic event - fashion week or something similar.
On approach I've been pleasantly surprised - clean, well maintained entrance, spacious and bright front desk area, smiling staff.
Check in was prompt, keys handed over and I was in the room - large, clean and fair size bed and TV set.
It has been noticed, that hotel has its own, dedicated garage, not an usual feature in Florence.
Location excellent, just few steps from railway station, but far enough to be away from usual train station people.
Breakfast was really good, with good variety of fresh food.
Bottom line - very good place in excellent location, garage comes on top.

Nice hotel, located conveniently for the station and an easy walk to the old town. Good restaurants nearby as well. Very good choice for breakfast, hotel staff were very friendly. agree with oterh reviews that the room was larger than any I have stayed at in Rome.

Room Tip: located in a quiet street so all rooms would probably be quiet.

Enjoyed the breakfast here very much, a good selection of food, although the coffee was not to my taste. The room was larger than our room in Rome, with small balcony that overlooked a parking lot. The thermostat was a bit tricky but we got the hang of it on day two. Good wifi. You're not in your room anyway, only to sleep, right? Otherwise nice hotel. Oh, the restaurant had the best gnocchi on the planet. Eat it!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days
Bed are not comfortable , its squeaking , bathroom are very small with too big equipment , modern design but not maximal used and maintenance
Breakfast was okay
Breakfast staff are too busy clearing up tables and not helping customer
But if you choose the hotel for location then it is a good one, very close to the station and shopping area

Rooms are newly refurbished, not extremely spacious but nice and clean overall.
Does not stand out in any way but still is a good choice for professionals or someone on holiday who wants to enjoy Florence without using a car.
Breakfast is ok, cannot bear the absence of fresh fruit thus.
Gym definitely not acceptable for a ****.
