This tiny, intimate, elegant dining room is located in one of the oldest buildings in Florence, part of the fabulous Hotel Brunelleschi. Our UK tour-operator booked the tasting menu for the two of us and we were not disappointed. Everything - from the bread sticks on arrival to the finishing chocolates - was superb. The chef puts an amazing amount of time and effort into each dish which is reflected in the delicious tastes and beautiful presentations. The service was flawless. Our menu featured stuffed quail, spaghetti carbonara (unlike any pasta you've ever had!), and roast suckling pig. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very special dining experience.

From the moment we arrived at reception, this was magical. We ascended the elevator whereupon we were escorted to the restaurant and given our pick of the 7 tables (intimate room in the historic tower of the Brunelleschi Hotel) as no-one else was booked in that evening.
Chef provided an hors d'oeuvre of Beer Jelly topped with Lime mousse (poshest lager and lime i've ever had) and peanut biscuit stuffed with cream cheese to start off. Fantastic atmosphere and attentive but unobtrusive service from the staff. The food was stunnning, and we were given brilliant descriptions and explanations of any dishes before ordering, which were matched by the stunning execution of the chef and his staff.

As good as the meal we had in Rome at Le Jardin de Russie earlier in the week, and in comparison to that, good value too.

Beautiful Historic location, excellent staff, great food while feeling high class but relaxing. Superb, just superb.

My husband and I have had the opportunity to eat twice at Santa Elisabetta, and both experiences have been wonderful. The food and staff exceed expectations. The atmosphere is also intimate without being claustrophobic. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the beautiful Brunelleschi Hotel and were thrilled with the service and quality of our dinner. The food and wine were superb, and the ambience in the carefully restored Tower Pagliazza is quite romantic.

Excellent food I had pasta and then a traditional beef dish followed by ice cream (got to), faultless, wife had duck and then pasta also faultless, good wine too.
