“Tourist trap...expensive and low quality”
Reviewed 22 August 2013

Just got off plane and was looking to eat pranzo. I walked around as I waited for my room I decided to stop in because it was busy and had some selection.. The pizza was reheated in a small little oven...it was still cold and tasteless. Then grabbed some pesto pasta...also not good.

This place is expensive and should be avoided.

“Worst pizza on earth!”
Reviewed 11 February 2013

I don't quite know how anyone can make pizza taste so terrible- especially in Italy! First, although they pop the slice into an oven thing, it does not come out even luke warm! It wasn't even room temperature- just plain cold. Second, the dough tasted like paper and was way too thick (especially if they expect it to heat up in 20 seconds). Third, the tomato sauce didn't taste like anything, not even ketchup. I couldn't bear to eat any of it, and I'm definitely not a picky eater. Worst €3.5 ever spent.

Now I'm afraid to try any other self service place even though they seem like a great idea for inexpensive and quick snacks, and a lot of them are often full of tourists. I'm afraid the food will be just as terrible as this one!

“Did i dodge a bullet?”
Reviewed 20 December 2012 via mobile

Came here for cappuccino, hot chocolate and tiramisu, was not disappointed. Not cheap (11 euros), but it's good. It's warm and has a lot of seating, it's bright and clean. Whatever. Didn't try the gelato. The staff was pleasant to us.

“A huge rip off with bad service. Run. Run away.”
Reviewed 5 October 2012 via mobile

Single gelato for 6.50 euro. I am not happy. It wasn't particularly good either. I think it's proximity to the Ponte Vecchio let's them get away with robbing tourists.
