Best thing about this hotel is location, 7min. from main train station, 10min. from the centre and 2min from the place from where you to take buses for local tour. Very old building, small lift and so many stairs on every floor. lobby is nice with Wi-Fi, breakfast was ok.

This hotel is very close to the train station and the Duomo. Good location if coming in by train. You can walk there. The hotel needs updating with regard to furnishings and decor. Breakfast could have been a little more comprehensive, but it was okay.

Right next to the main railway station, you can literally pull your luggage from the station to the hotel. The tour buses to the Tuscan countryside also start from just outside the hotel. The Duomo is also a few minutes walking distance. The Santa Maria Novella church is opposite the hotel. The hotel is clean but slightly old. The room size was quite big for a three star.

Run down hotel, we stayed with our teens and were all in one room with a fold out bed, the bathroom was dirty and the bedding (blankets) were about as old as the hotel, the breakfasts were poor , and our room was very noisy hearing all the pedestrians outside (we were on the 2nd flr) recommend for young travellers only not families.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is at an ideal location, nice hotel in a category, the staff was very nice and helpful, gave us few good suggestions what to see, where to go and when.
The room itself was very big, very outdated interior but, that’s the case we saw with most of the 3* hotels in Italy we have stayed.
All in all if you are getting a good price comparatively, book it.

The hotel at a walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, San Lorenzo, Vechhico Palace, River Arno… etc. Has a large number of rooms and lobbies in each floor. There’s no exceptional view per se but you can see how close the main attractions are from the top floors. Food is fine. However, there is only 1 lift. The staff is friendly. You can find a large number of restaurants around.

Room Tip: Ask for a large rooms
