You could see the top of neptune, but the fountain was under renovation while we were there, so difficult to see anything else.

A beautiful city, a lot of shops for your shopping fanatic , pictures art and live music . Negotiate on your leather goods. Just a wonderful walk, even with no specific destination in mind. A lot of young street dancers looking to make a dollar, so don't be too surprised when you see that. It isn't only in New York.

The square the fountain resides in is lovely and worth a walk-through. When the fountain is running, the ambiance is wonderful with the beautiful statues and the refreshing sounds of water.

Truly a sight to see especially at night. Make a wish! May are gathered at all hours day and night but truly at night I feel is the best time to view.

The actual Neptune Fountain was under repairs while we were there, but around the left side is a drinking fountain, actually two, one that dispenses still water and one that dispenses sparkling. There was often a line, but the line moved quickly. And as it was June it was quite hot and we kept coming back here to fill our water bottles. Saved quite a bit of money!
