The hotel is located not too far off from the main train station - about a 5 minutes walk. However, it can be tricky locating the hotel for the first time. I had typed in the address on Google map to find my way but Google map marked out the wrong location (although it's along the same road). Here's a handy tip: watch out for the unit numbers that are in Blue along the street - that is the rightful unit numbers. There are other numbers marked along the same road so it can get confusing. A local offered this tip and sure I found my way on the other end of the road. It is also nearer to get to the train station by turning right when you back face the hotel.
The room is average - big but the floor feels a little dusty. Bathrooms are renovated so it's clean - no complains. The room had a little balcony however the doors were a little faulty so we kept it closed most of the time.
The hotel is located 2-3 floors up and there is no elevator so if you have heavy or a lot luggage with you this can be a concern. The stairs are not steep though. Also, I had expected the reception desk to be upstairs but it's actually located on the ground floor so head there before going all the way up!
The hotel is a decent budget hotel - if you can get a good price then it'll justify the stay. I paid around 80 euros..not all that cheap.
