Room was clean, newly and tastfully decorated. All the people were so helpful and friendly!
The included breakfast was great. They had everything! A perfect location to walk everywhere!
Just a great experience overall.

My wife and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to move rooms to one at the rear of the hotel as we found the front a little noisy for our liking, both of the rooms were very spacious and had excellent bathrooms. The breakfast was also very good with fresh pastries and fruit every day, and a good variety of breakfast food and drink on offer. The location is perfect for basing yourself for a city break with all of the major attractions and local restaurants within 10 minutes or so walk. The only downside to this hotel is that you hear the bells from the Duomo bell tower at 0700 and 0800, which can make it difficult to lie in! However this downside is completely out of the control of the hotel and is a minor inconvenience compared to the great benefits of being so close to the sights and the quality of the accommodation on offer at the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are the quieter rooms

Comfortable, clean and very convenient location. Breakfast was quite basic, maybe could be improved.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Beniviene for 1 night, and it was perfect. Great location to everywhere we wanted to go while in Florence. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice quiet room with free wi-fi service as well. Would stay here again without a doubt. There's an awesome gelato place just down the street, that seemed to have a line out the door anytime of the day or night we walked by. Check it out!!!

You can't beat this location...it's close to everything...once you can find it! We had a bit of trouble driving there because it's in the "pedestrian zone" and our GPS couldn't find the street. Once we got there though it was wonderful. AC worked well and the windows were pretty sound proof...though we did open the windows some to listen to the Duomo which is right around the corner. Sonia at the front desk was great (and a Apple-ophile!) Parking was a bit steep at 35 euros a night (cash) but they took the car away and brought it back unscathed. All and all a great place to stay in Florence.

We spent 2 nights with our daughter in a triple room on the first floor. We loved our large comfortable, quiet room on the first floor, plenty of room for 3 guests. Perfect location, close to all the major attractions. Staff were very helpful giving directions and booking our trips and transfers. Best wi-fi access we found in Europe. We would recommend Hotel Benivieni to anyone looking for a stress free stay in the beautiful city of Florence!
