We've stayed at some high end places such as Fairmont etc. This hotel was just superb. In the middle of town. Spotlessly clean. Contemporary decor. Great restaurant, and the best service, knowledgable concierge. Don't miss it. Can't wait to return!

Awesome location, beautiful hotel, amazing staff.
The hotel is impeccably decorated, gorgeous lobby for coffee in the morning or a break from your travel partner:) Our room was amazing - it was huge with a beautiful big bathroom, large closets, a mini-bar that is yours to raid and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is super quiet for a great night sleep. All these things were great...but the staff was the best. Super helpful with directions, dinner reservations and advice on what to see/when. I never felt like we were a bother, but that they were there to help...it was great. Oh, and there is a spa attached that we took advantage of one afternoon. Just don't fall asleep and get locked in...
Stop researching, just stay here.

Fantastic location. Rooms spotless. Staff were always ready to help with information and (good) restaurant recommendations etc. Two small niggles - my booking did not have breakfast included. We were a bit staggered at the cost (20 euros each) for a bit of an average breakfast. Vegetarian things were a little limited (fruit surprisingly limited, cheese all in lovely looking but mixed meat plates) - we soon ate breakfast locally elsewhere for much less. The hotel seems good at booking tours and museums but an attempt to book tickets for Uffizi did not work (not surprising as it was a late request - should have booked it weeks ago) but no message was left for us about this and when we asked later about whether it had been possible it seemed very haphazard - noone really seemed sure - not really sure the attempt had been made ?? Luckily this was not a priority this trip - strong recommendation to book major things well in advance (whether through hotel or yourself) at high season. We had two single rooms. One was very close to the service area (200) and was a little noisy early in the morning (although staff were trying to be quiet) but frankly I was not ever woken as we were always up very early in order to beat the queues for museums etc. The single rooms (204) opposite the lift are very (surprisingly) quiet due to an internal door which worked really well - also large. The hotel was fully booked but felt quiet and calm - a pleasure after the crowds of the day everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed the stay. Would like to thank all the staff.

Checked out this morning and will definitely plan to return next trip to Florence. Beautiful and modern hotel in a wonderful location. Comfortable beds, cold a/c and warm hospitality. A shout out to Yanni who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Loved room 109!

We booked this hotel on the basis of its central location and competitive pricing. We were not disappointed at all with any aspect of our stay here - this is an excellent hotel.
The hotel is literally two minutes walk from the cathedral, and with Florence being a reasonably compact city, nowhere is too far away. The rooms are very well appointed, our upgrade put us into a large suite with a massive bed and walk in shower. All the decor is done to a high standard and the staff are very helpful, polite and attentive. Although the hotel is centrally located, there was absolutely no noise intrusion from outside, which was very good.
In short, this was an excellent stay in a bespoke, well appointed hotel. We would stop again without any doubt at all.

We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Italy, and the only thing you will regret about choosing this boutique hotel is not staying longer. The hotel is located close to the train station and the Florence Cathedral, and has a short walking distance to all the see and do's of the city, as well as the main shopping streets. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with a great attention to detail (We stayed in a premium double room on the second floor). The bathroom was modern, and everything we needed were provided for us in the room. The hotel also has a spa on the bottom floor, where you can fully relax after pacing the city. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and the concierge gladly helped us navigating the city and picked out a great, family-driven restaurant close to the hotel for us. The full continental breakfast was more than great. Somehow the staff always managed to sneak in some chocolate and a postcard before we came back to the room in the evenings, a nice little gesture that always brought a smile. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
