I wanted a restaurant with few to no tourists. This one was great and located right off Via della Robia north of city center.
The wood fired oven produced good calazone and the owners actually put a significant amount of meat in my calazone, a pleasant surprise. That was compounded by a free antipasto that was very good.
No cover charge or service fees so make sure you leave a tip!!!
The adjoining bar was serving the classic small sandwiches on tooth picks and some nice wines.
I would happily eat here again.
