Just arrived, parched and hungry. Wanted a lite bite and a cold drink. Happily found this little “hole in the wall” spot. Had an Alperal Spritz and fresh mozzarella and also prosciutto and amazingly perfectly ripe melon, and we had a delightful light lunch and a lovely time. Friendly staff, great people watching, and low prices. Great!

This was just not as good as the reviews say. This small place is casual but nice. The waiter seemed totally non interested. He offered some advice but it seemed to much trouble for him to do it. We had a goat cheese starter, the lasagna, and a beef stew with vegetables. The goat cheese spread was good. The lasagna was not, it was watery with not much taste. The beef stew was the best of the 3. The wine choices were plenty and reasonably priced.
With so many good choices I would recommend someplace else.

We cam across this small wine bar while stolling on SS Apsotoli toward the Tornobuoni bridge. There is a larger restaurant tourist style restaurant about several hundred feet from it in the opposite direction. We had a burrata starter which was out of this world, shared a pasta, wine, salad, water, and an amazing tiramisu dessert-better than the North End in Boston Service with a smile was excellent, no rushing, and the food was delicious, and value for what was provided, about 60E. Owned and or run by several women.

It only has 4 tables but that makes it really intimate and has a really cosy feel. The food and wine were great and the guy serving on explained all the menu and helped us with our choices. Highly recommended.
