    An superb historic apartment, ideally situated and very well equipped.
    The apartment is very spacious - more than big enough for me and my two teenage kids.
    Everything worked as expected, and I would definitely recommend this for anyone planning a trip to Florence.

    The apartment is clean, quiet and spacious. The staff is very responsive to our needs. They even arranged taxi to airport for 4 am. Just wish the windows have insect screens so we can open them at night.

    Thanks, we are really happy that you like our flat. Thanks for your suggest, anyway we have leaving in the flat all the staff avoid the insect, that we can use even during the night If would like to open the window (even in the summer period there is the air conditioning, so usually we sugeest to close the windows to use it).

    The apartment was just as the pictures were, just beautiful. Felt amazing staying here and very safe. Also so close to a piazza with markets, shops and restaurants.
    Our only complaint was the loud noise from the renovations next door. Started at 8:00am and went most of the day

    We stayed for three nights and had a great time in this wonderful and historically interesting Palazzo. Being only five in the company we had plenty of room, using three bedrooms, and we enjoyed the good facilities in the property. Great service at check in and during our stay by Eleonora and we were also happy about the central location, right next to the Piazza Santo Spirito. If we travel in a group again to Florence we would definitely consider staying here again.
