I have not yet found another bar this well put together, in such a beautiful setting, completely set outside for the hot summer months in Florence. The trees cover the seating area perfectly during the day for a shady outdoor lunch, in the only place in town with a breeze as well. During aperativo time, it's the perfect place to watch the colors of the sky change and the sun set over the ponte vecchio, while drinking a spritz. On top of this, there is a wonderful kitchen with great, light seafood dishes, for when you just don't want to leave, and one can simply continue on to dinner. We've had the octopus carpaccio and the vongole pasta and they were delicious! I could literally spend all day here for those lazy summer days.
