My fiancé and I were in Florence visiting for 3 days and decided to stay here because of the great reviews. We have come to find that they are all true! The rooms are very clean and the service is amazing. We have been traveling in Europe for about 2 weeks now and this is the first place to have an iron available. Very helpful when you have limited clothes to wear. One day my fiancé wasn't feeling well and needed some tea. I went down to ask for some and Gabriele got right up and made 3 pots of warm water along with crackers and placed on a serving dish for her. No questions asked. Also, every day that we came back he would ask us if we wanted a glass of water or juice. Very nice and helpful staff. We visited my fiancé's brother who was staying at a five star hotel and could not stop talking about how bad the service was. Enough said.
