I would rate this hotel a 0, but 1 is the lowest.

Pros:
Hotel is actually a good location and the positives are the cleaning staff. They did a great job.

Cons:
Front desk staff are all grumpy and fairly oblivious to the issues.

1) The temperature of the room was well over 80 degrees due to lack of air conditioning.
2) Their breakfast was way too expensive for 10 euro. It was a bunch of packaged products. Your best bet is to leave the hotel for food.
3) Due to lack of air conditioning we had to open the windows. The road noise and bus traffic all night were unbearable.
4) Mainly the staff are generally not friendly.

I would highly recommend other places in Florence.
We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday night and simply asked for the air conditioning to be turned on as the room was very hot. We were able to open the doors but the street traffic was unbearable.

Three of us stayed in a large room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room was large and clean. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the Duomo and the train station was on the next block over. The rooftop deck was a lovely addition. It is not open after dark but that was fine. Incredible views of Florence from the rooftop deck! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from four nights at Annabella Hotel , excellent location for station , we had room 33 which was large ( compared with that of our parents who stayed in another three star hotel nearby) , had a balcony , there wasn't a view but Florence was so busy and it was nice to come back on an afternoon and open the doors and let the fresh air in . We found the room to be V clean, there was a TV but no programmes in English ( the same in parents hotel ) , no safe or tea and coffee facilities in the room but what would make us stay there again was the roof terrace, you could see for miles , great to take your own drinks up on an evening and enjoy the view . Hopefully we will be back soon .

The hotel occupies what appeared to be a residential building. It's a small hotel but the room we stayed in was good size and clean. The hotel is two minutes away from the railway station which I usually avoid but the area is absolutely fine and most importantly it takes a five minute walk to reach the Duomo and the centre. I would stay there again if I went back to Florence and have already recommended the hotel to friends.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. After traveling all around Italy, it quickly became apparent that the service and quality here were far better compared to many of the other places we have stayed. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

It's the best option, if you can choose the large room with balcony you will not regret! It is cozy, clean, comfortable accomodation ... there is nothing more beautiful to stay in Florence. I liked this place! I stayed in a family room with our two sons for four nights. The elevator is another attraction too! Guests take pictures of it.
The staff (family business), are second to none, nothing is a problem, all is OK. The location is so convenient and near to all Florence attractions. Will definitely be back!

Room Tip: Choose a large room

The best location and the most amazing view of Medici Chapels and Florence hills from the rooftop terrace. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was renovated and modern. The staff were able to communicate well in English and were very polite, particularly the owner (she's a lady, her name is Victoria). This is definitely a great place to stay when you're visiting Florence.

Room Tip: Try to get the room near the rooftop
