We got a two bedroom apartment for a family of five. Overall the apartment was spacious and clean.

The Excellent - The apartments are very affordable as compared to getting two/three hotel rooms for a larger group of people. We love to stay together as a family, so it helped more. The apartment had a small kitchen with cookware and utensils and a mid sized refrigerator. The location offered parking (paid) and access to the the city was very convenient with a bus dropping you right by Duomo that starts right from front of the Hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and guided us nicely with everything.

The Average - The cookware and utensils seemed old. There is just one bathroom per apartment which is tiny bit inconvenient.

The Bad - The wifi was limited to the corridors. We did not get any signal in the apartment and I heard the same complaint from other people. They do not offer breakfast and there arent many eating options around. So you are better of having all your meals in the city.

But overall, we felt it was a good choice. The place is peaceful and safe, and it was extremely convenient for all of us.

Room Tip: Rooms do not offer a view, so any rooms are fine. Building B has direct elevator access from the par...

We had an apartment here which was really good for a family, a double bed room with a separate lounge area with a sofa bed. Decent kitchen and dining table too. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel too so that was very convenient. The parking is secure too. The hotel is a little outside of town in a residential location but there is a direct bus from very near the hotel direct to the Duomo. Tickets are available at the hotel desk which was very helpful. There was the option to order a basic breakfast which was the only let down - it turned out to be expensive for what we had (tiny cups of juice, tiny cups of cold coffee).

We booked this place based on ratings from TripAdvisor and other forums. We were not disappointed. This is a great place to stay with family while visiting Florence. Modern apartments, furnished with all amenities (including wi-fi and air-conditioning) and other facilities (breakfast, laundry, ironing etc.) available at extra cost. We were 6 persons, and got a two bedroom apartment with a sofa-cum-bed in the living room. The apartment itself was quite spacious and well maintained. It's located in a quiet street and well connected with the city centre by bus # 22 which stops right next to the hotel. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel. What we missed is a decent coffee maker (there was only a percolator in the apartment) which was at extra cost. The laundry room was closed for vacation and this wasn't really normal especially when you are in hospitality business. Otherwise, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Florence. The rates are also reasonable.

We were four guys, we got a beautiful room with the greatest service ever, we have been to alot of places and hotels, nothing quite like it, the place is spotless and modern, on a quiet street. It's a 10 minute bus ride with the 22 which stops right next to the hotel, but we didn't care.

The front desk staff are great people. After we checked out they let us store our stuff there so we spent another day in the city.

We had room H which has a beautiful sort of like a front lawn, with tables. We had a nice size fridge and freezer, pots, pans, knives, etc. and a dishwasher. nice furnishings.

I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful, the parking garage was gated, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the rooms were spacious. There's no coffee maker in the kitchen, but there's a nice café on the corner across the street (Gaetano Pasticceria). Make sure you get the right one since there's another café nearby that isn't as good.

Disliked: The air conditioning never got cool enough, so it was difficult to sleep the first night. I mentioned this to the receptionist the next day and they said they set the temp for the room. Say what??? The A/C (and all electronics) will only work when the card key is inserted into the key slot, so why do they need to control it? Apparently they set it to a 3 degree range. You have to ask them to change it if it's not what you want. Ugh!

Would I stay here again? Probably not. Not because it was bad, but because I've discovered I like cozier hotels where you can talk with fellow travelers. That's not something you can easily do at this "hotel."

We stayed here as a family of four- plenty of room in a bright modern apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, though we had no chopping knives- the staff bought some for us and overall were really helpful. Bit far from the city- but good restaurants nearby. Overall v v good value.
