Location of this hotel is very nice. We got the perfect breakfast every morning with a delicious bakery and the supermarket in the neighborhood .
Cheerful Francesca gave us the answer to our questions at anytime.
Also, I'd like to stay here when I have a chance to go to Florence.
Thank you Nicola.
Thank you Francesca.

Room Tip: I recommend a more quiet room of the garden side in the high season.

We really enjoyed being at these apartments. Francesca is so helpful and the location is superb. The apartments are quiet (Ours was at the back), clean and spacious. The recommended restaurants were really great and helpful as it meant we didn't have to spend hours roaming around trying to decide which looked the best - the food in all of them was excellent and good value. Lovely experience and we would recommend to friends and would return ourselves if visiting Florence in the future.

Palazzo Alfani Al David is a great place to stay. Francesca couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The rooms themselves are lovely and the location is fantastic. There is only one 'but'... some of the rooms overlook the street and the street is quite noisy as it is where people are queuing to get into the Accademia to see Michelangelo's David. So, if you are a light sleeper, you should ask for an inside room or at least a room on an upper floor. But, overall, we highly recommend it and thank Francesca for all her help.

Room Tip: See above.

Best place I have stayed in Florence! Location couldn't be better, apartment spacious and clean and a great host. Next to the Academia and walking distance to other main locations. The perfect place for a weekend in Firenze.

Palazzo Alfani provides first class apartments in the heart of downtown Florence. Francesca, the owner, is wonderful and provides helpful guidance for good restaurants and shops. We stayed in a one bedroom which was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. We felt very secure (very heavy exterior and apartment doors). It was the perfect base location for our 5 days in Florence. Everything is in walking distance and the main bus stop is 1/2 block away. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Our room was on the second floor (really the 3rd actual floor from the street) and faced the street. It was a little noisy with pedestrian traffic at night (such is all streets in downtown Florence) but not bad with the windows closed at night. Inside garden view apartments are available.
