This rental made Firenze feel like a home away from home. It surpasses the description and photos. The terrace was a big surprise and can be accessed from both the large bedroom and the kitchen.
The neighborhood is great and only 2 blocks from the bus stop. There are 2 great bakeries close by and 2 markets so you can cook "at home". There are restaurants and shopping as well. It's only 20 minutes via the bus to the duomo--and even more shopping, etc.
Francesca the manager, greeted us with wine and candles--she made up for the crazy drive through town; her smile meant a lot.
