“Stylish comfort in perfect location”
Reviewed 14 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

The apartment cleverly mixes contemporary style with the history of this lovely tower.
Everything is on the doorstep and yet it feels like a small village within the city so it was great to be able to get away from the busiest sites and back in the evening to the friendly restaurants in the piazza.
It is hard to imagine there could be a better location or a more comfortable apartment .
Susanna has been very helpful always responding quickly to any query.Thank you, already planning to return.

“What a FABULOUS place to stay !!!”
Reviewed 6 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

We had a wonderful time in Florence. Our first visit. Arrived from Venice on Wednesday. Susanna was great to work with from the time we made our reservation to the day we left. Instructions that were given to us to give to taxi driver were spot on. Eduardo met us when we stepped out the cab. He was their for our every need. He did a walk thru once inside the apartment. Wow !! What a beautiful place. 4 of us traveling, 3 levels. Each bedroom full bath w/shower. It was perfect location for all main attractions, and restaurants all over. Believe me if you get a chance to go to Florence, this is the place to stay. When we get back to Florence this will be out home away from home. Thanks again Susana and Eduardo !

“Ideal family apartment in central location”

The location is amazing and the apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of 6 adults and one toddler, and so convenient with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries, and even a fruit stand only a few steps away. No need for transportation here, it was a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi and Academia. Susanna was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would love to visit again, we had a wonderful stay!

“Unique, tasteful apartment in premium location.”

All of our expectations were exceeded in this lovely Medieval tower apartment. It is tastefully decorated with a modern flair while exposing the rustic charm of the original building. During our three day stay in Florence, our group of four thoroughly enjoyed and utilized all aspects of the apartment: we cooked our own breakfasts in the morning; enjoyed takeout pizza in the large central dining room; relaxed together in the living room and fell into our beds at the end of every day for a good night's sleep. The location cannot be beat: very short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery as well as restaurants and shopping. Susanna's suggestions on getting in and out of town and car rental options were very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

“Amazing, superbly designed and well located apartment in the heart of Florence”

We were fortunate enough to stay 8 days in this masterpiece. We fell in love with this apartment when we saw its photos online before we book our trip but actually we found this place even more amazing upon seeing it in person when we arrived! It's not hard to imagine a lot of heart and sweat must have been put into turning this medieval tower into a modern apartment. The interior was tastefully decorated with a lot of thoughtful details to ensure high level of comfort and convenience for the occupants. I love especially the chic and well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom was very smartly designed with the original ceiling of the medieval building, a clever reminder of the historic background of the place. We also love the Flos lamps around the apartment which added extra stylish touches. The hi-tech and secure front door was another impressive piece. The owner Susanna was responsive to our enquiries. Her assistant Giorgio, who was our main contact during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Florence is one of our favourite italian cities. We definitely will go back there again and hopefully we can stay in this apartment again!

We had been looking forward to our visit to Florence for nearly 12 months and this apartment exceeded our high expectations. Located on a small square close to many restaurants and within walking distance of all attractions the area was wonderful. Inside the apartment was even better. Combining medieval character with modern architectural flair nothing had been overlooked. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious, secure and fun to live in. I would love to return someday. Thank you to Susanna and Paolo for their excellent communication and to Phillipe for his welcome and excellent tips on visiting Florence.

“Best rental in Florence”

This is an amazing place! To sleep in a medieval tower that had every modern convenience was amazing! This was our last stop of four cities in Italy and by far the best!! I could not be more impressed! The area was quiet but convenient to lots of landmarks by foot. The restaurants near the apartment were fabulous and just looking out of the Windows made me smile. Giorgio met us at the apartment, spoke great English and had a great sense of humor on top of his professionalism! He filled us in on how to get around, call taxi, find market and historical landmarks! He was awesome! The beds were beyond comfy, the showers hot and the coffee was in the pantry in the morning! Slippers were provided to keep the floors clean and the lavender soap..... Oh my! You will not be disappointed in this place, I already want to go back for an extended stay! By far the best taste of Italy!!
