Actually, the apartment is near the entrance of the city centre (Porta Romana area) at 300 mt from Boboli gardens..The area is residential and with all facilities you need (food shops, bakery, shoes shop, butcher’s shop, news-stand, restaurants, take away food high quality (I go to buy there some of my meals)) and you can enjoy the idea of real local life.. Staying there, is the best way to meet Italian people and to know/share our Italian culture and you could love it because it’s the best way to learn different habits and local attitude.. It’s near the city centre so you can visit the tourist attractions but that it’s a bit away of mass tourism.
This house is inside a residential area of apartments. It’s a quiet, nice and newly restored place.
The house is on the ground floor and has, at the entrance, a wide living room with a sleeper couch sofa (easy to open and close), TV, a small corner kitchen with refrigerator and induction fire, a bathroom with shower and a washing/dryer machine.
At the first floor (open floor), there is another double bed with private bathroom and a wardrobe.
it includes these facilities: laundry, air conditioning, cooking corner well stocked with basic cooking needs (olive oil, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, pots and pans, detergents) , essentials (towels, bed sheets, toiletries, shampoo, toilet paper).
It is a wonderful apartment and we had good time there to visit the attractions and also to cook and relax!
