This restaurant was 2 mins from La Mimosa where we staying and we went twice in the pouring rain to save having to get wet walking into the city.On our first visit we had pizza which was fine, but just pizza.The second time we got more attentive service , proper wine glasses instead of the tumblers the first time, and "amuse -bouche" from the chef, either because they recognised us or because we ordered more. Lovely Tuscan crostini and autumnal pasta made with chestnut flour and nut sauce. They have quite an extensive selection of European beers, including Wold Top, which comes from a small brewery in our area in East Yorkshire! Used our limited Italian to explain this - lots of laughing and gestures.
