Awesome place, emailed & booked a table in advance which I highly recommend to do, it’s extremely popular. Food is incredible, staff friendly & the governor certainly knows his wines, thank you for a fabulous evening throughly enjoyed the whole experience will definitely return.

What a delightful meal! Actually, it was our best meal during our entire two week trip in Italy. The pea soup with cuddle fish was so refreshing. The tomato soup with mozzarella was beautifully done. Then, the wine, produced locally was one of our favorites during the trip. Complementary sherbet topped off our evening!

Everything perfect. Kitchen, wine, service. And most of all Pasquale himself that is the key differentior from all other restaurants in Lucca.

Best food experience ever in Lucca ! Pasqualino once again was the perfect host and the food and wine was not only fantastic but reasonably priced. . This was our third visit in as many years and we dined there each night enjoying the social interaction of host, staff and patrons. A Lucca experience not to be missed. Make certain you book !

This is one of those wonderful places where you just slide in and the food is kind of happening to you. The service was wonderful, just enough entertaining, but not intrusive. We felt at home and welcomed. Service as well as the restaurant owner absolutely knew their craft and domain.

We got very good wine recommendations, even an offered bottle as a gift. And about the food: Take whatever you feel like, it all was delicious.
