Friendly helpful staff. Offers upgrade to a suite for 15 Euro daily. Great proximity to Historic Center, the Tower and Arno historic sites; and, across the street from central train station taking the hassle out of day trips to Lucca and Cinque Terre. We spent time on location not getting there.

stayed for 1 night in June, picked the hotel because of its location to the Pisa Centrale station. The Pisamover bus from the airport also picks up and drops off outside. The room was ok, very clean and beds very comfortable. The room wasn't available when we arrived but we were able to leave our luggage securely. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of cereal, toast, rolls, meats, pastries and fresh fruit. The leaning tower is about a 20 minute walk away and a shopping area around 5-10 minutes away. For 1 night it was fine. Our room overlooked the railway station but didn't hear much noise from the road. For its location you can't go wrong if you have luggage

A nice quite, clean Hotel next to the railway station. A short walk from the city center where everything happens. Walking distance to the tower of Pisa.Staf was very polite and help full. Breakfast was just good enough

First off all one has to mentioned how unwelcoming to staff at the reception was. They spoke English very badly; of course one can understand what they are saying but sometimes its not easy when they went into details...

I don't know how it is even possible but on the weekends (and probably during the week) you will not be able to iron your own shirt. Neither in your room, nor in a separate ironing room... and they claim to have 4*. They offer the laundry service but only during the week days.

The breakfast is rather dull. Some juices, some cheese, some fruits, some pâtisseries, all of very average quality. Very bad coffee.

Recently I had two stays at this hotel. The first time my room was quite modern and had nice, clean bathroom. The other time I got a room on the top floor with two levels, the bedroom and the bathroom were on the "second" floor. Again the bathroom was clean and a bit bigger than first time. There living area was big but not so fancy looking.

The hotel is situated just in front of the train station, the bus stop to and from the airport is just next to the hotel's entrance. Once the time I needed from the point I left the plane and get in front of the receptiondesk didn't exceed 15 minutes...

The historical part of Pisa is also not so far away. I suppose slow walkers would need about 30 minutes to get to the famous tower.

This is definitely neither the best hotel I've ever been, not the best in Pisa. But, its location (especially when you are coming very late or leaving Pisa in early morning) couldn't be better. Also the bed is comfy, you cannot hear any street noises, and have a nice bathroom.

If necessary I will book a room again, because I cannot really complain about the hotel, but the hotel's manager might try to improve some things, so I could recommend thi place without hesitation.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Pisa being a central place for our trips to Florence, Lucca, Massa and La Spezia. The position is great. Right at the station and walkable distance to the Tower.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, but although the room had just been re-decorated, it was obviously done by a man.

The shower recess had nowhere to put the soap/shampoo etc., only on the floor. There was no
shelf of anything in the bathroom for washbags, etc. The shower leaked all over the floor.
(Reception's answer to this was to send up lots of towels to place on the floor.when showering).

However, in 5 days we were in the 'swing' of things and we enjoyed our stay. Particularly due the location.

Room Tip: We were on the second floor, but I think all the rooms are similar. I would have liked to have had...

Opposite the station – so handy for an evening arrival. A business hotel with a ‘business atmosphere’ – feeling very impersonal, with front desk staff bordering on the off-hand and disinterested.
Nothing to complain about in the room and not much to compliment it either. Decor /ambience was a bit tired - and the wifi connection was distinctly wobbly.
We didn't like 'hard rock' music playing in the background at breakfast - not a good start to the day. The coffee comes from a self-serve machine which failed to deliver a hot drink, despite two attempts - and was bitter. We went to a great cafe next door to get a good coffee.
We would stay there again if we needed a handy stop-off before going on to somewhere else.
