We passed through here after dark on our way back from a meal, and don't recommend it. The street is poorly lit and feels quite threatening with people hanging around in the shadows. We strayed into a nearby square thinking it sounded lively, but there were hundreds of dropouts hanging around, so we made a hasty exit.
I'm sure the architecture is interesting so it's a pity we didn't see it during the day.
