Delicious paninis made fresh as you want them. Ingredients were all fresh and healthy and you can choose your preferred bread. The owner also makes fresh juices and smoothies. We went there twice and enjoyed both choices of paninis. This little place has character and is perfect for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Enjoy!

This is tucked away down a side street and is perfect for picking up a snack or a drink or for eating in. There is a wide choice of panini fillings, a selection of fresh juices and drinks. Characterful little cafe, reasonable prices and pleasant ambiance

Mangio Italiano is a small Paninoteca, a sandwich bar, a few steps away from the dome square. I tried a couple of their sandwiches, all of them were very good! My favourite became the panino with figs, pecorino, and prosciutto crudo, a superb combination of salty cheese and prosciutto with the fresh and mildly sweet figs. Absolutely recommended!

After a long day of sightseeing we found this little sandwich bar on the way back. Hidden amongst other cafes, it could be easily missed but please look out for it. I was unsure as to what i fancied so I asked for the owner to surprise me. I can't even tell you what I had but it was delicious! My boyfriend had cheese and fig and I wanted to eat his as well it was that tasty! I would recommend this to all sightseers in Pisa. Go and find it and ask to be surprised!
Very well priced, staff friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere - breakfast bar lined up so all customers can share the experience. I would have a look at the balsamic vinegar's that line the wall too - very yummy!
