I spent five days in this hotel at the end of June. Its strong points are the location close to the city centre, the warm welcome and the friendly service. But that is pretty much it. The rooms are old and somewhat worn down, the breakfast is just average for an Italian hotel and the parking area in front of the hotel means noisy traffic early in the morning and late in the evening (not to mention the bloody scooters around the clock). I do not know if you can find anything better in Pisa for 105 euros per night, but I would not recommend this one.
