This hotel enjoys a useful position, near the station and on the right side to drive quickly to the airport. Its staff were helpful with street parking on arrival (there is no hotel car park) and at breakfast. However, the room was more expensive than a much better hotel in Arezzo. The plus side is curiously that because it does not have a restaurant we went across the road for a good and reasonably priced evening meal. If you want a clean boring hotel and are prepared to pay for its position, this will do.

This hotel has several plus points - very clean, plentiful breakfast with friendly waitresses and a safe, quiet situation in spite of being a couple of minutes from the station.

However, the minus points mean I could not recommend it to anyone. The reception staff (male) were both abrupt to the point of rudeness. It was too much trouble to indicate places of interest on the map, one of them actually sighed when we did not understand how to get an Internet connection and we felt as if guests were just too much bother for them to deal with! Another guest has commented on the arrival procedures and I would agree with him. New arrivals are told brusquely to sit, then ignored, then called to the desk, then told to wait. It reminded me of Fawlty Towers!

Finally, I left my iPad on the dressing table in our room and realised after we had left. I phoned the hotel immediately and the receptionist was incredibly rude, raising his voice and assuring me that the room was empty of all belongings. He refused to talk to the chambermaid and was unwilling to help in any way. I was left with no alternative but to report the loss to the local police.

When we were leaving the hotel, the face of the clerck said it all: I don't expect guests to return here. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the Railway station, where you can get a train to Florence or to Pisa airport. Go straight ahead from the Railway station and turn right just after the roundabout, it's a five minutes walk.
The room was ok but smallish. the breakfast consisted almost entirely out of pre-packaged items, the Wifi didn't work while we were there.
Just good enough for a one night stay.

Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. The hotel is close to the central station and very silent. It would be so much better if the reception staff was more friendly, they ask us to wait in the sitting area even there was no one else there, then call us back the minute we sit, then they took ours passports for registration and said nothing about when they will give them back when asked, only saying that it would be later...

One night is enough in Pisa and we were very happy with our overnight stay close to the train station, rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough for the price.
The hotel is 2mins walk from the station and in less than 25mins you can comfortably walk the streets of Pisa to the tower.

We chose this hotel for its location to Pisa Central station which was only a three minute walk. We arrived at 1.30 and were quickly checked in. We were travelling with two teenage girls (room 209 sleeps 4) and decided to walk to the Leaning Tower. The room and bathroom were spotless with very efficient air con. Later on in the evening we took a taxi back to the Leaning Tower (7.75 euros) and had a meal in one of the side streets. We then strolled back to the hotel about 9pm.
We all slept very well, breakfast was a cold buffet. Area is multi-cultural with small cafes around.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Just around the corner from the central train station where you can take the train directly to/from the airport for 1.5 euros (bus was 1.1 euros and departs from outside the train station). Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - all you can eat buffet. Hotel clean and our family stayed in a triple, breakfast included, for 108 euros. There is a rather good restaurant a few steps from the front door of the hotel, very reasonable x3 starter, (2 steak)main and dessert, sides and wine/water = 78 euros. Area is multi-cultural but we didn't feel particularly threatened.
