“Stayed better”
Reviewed 14 April 2014

THE LOCATION of the hotel is great. Bus stops are directly in front of the door that go to the station/airport. The leaning tower / shops / station are within walking distance.

THE ROOMS are outfitted nicely and a lot of mirrors make the small rooms look bigger. The announced shared bathroom are private now but very small. They just splitter one bathroom in two.

THE BATHROOM: Toilet, sink and shower are one very small room (like in a mobile home). It might happen that your room will get flooded a bit. Also the wooden cupboard underneath the sink was molded, so the bathroom was a bit stinky. This was in room 4c, I saw other bathrooms that was that were ok that way.

THE BED: Was a disaster!!! It was extremely loud and squeak with every small move at night. I´m sure our neighbors heard that too, cause I could hear their bed. Only chance here with earplugs!

EXTRAS: WIFI is only available in the lobby, the elevator is the slowest in the world. No need to use it, but good for disabled people.

CONCLUSION: It is the cheapest hotel for private rooms in a great locations like this. So either move further out of the center or spent more money. Me personally rather spent my money on other things in my vacation and use the hotel only for sleeping. If you´re the same, this hotel will do, even with a molded bathroom and loud bed.

Room Tip: We were in room 4c - I´d assume our bed was the loudest in the hotel and the bathroom furniture were...

We paid 25Euro for a double room with a small bathroom. The place is clean, charming, and smack in the middle of the center. Cheaper than a hostel. The only negative is bad smell from the sink, and the bed itself made a lot of noise just by the smallest movement.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Reception not open when arrived at midday. Waited outside ringing bell and banging on door, for ages, luckily a person staying at the hotel was on his way out and informed us we had to call a number to get ahold of receptionist. Called and they said to wait inside for a few mins. Waited over an hour, for another person staying here to come down and called back the number, they spoke to us on phone in good English, informing us, we were allowed to leave our bags there and to go do something for two-three hours until our room was ready.
Came back three hours later, ready to check in and refresh up, got to room, elevator was ridiculously slow, and the room above had a leak, which had flooded our room. Ask to change rooms, told to wait another half hour, then given a room which wasn't much better.
Bathroom was no bigger than 1metre by 0.6metres, bathroom of this size includes, toilet, vanity AND shower! Ridiculous!. Couldn't even fit in it. This building is not structurally sound or safe. Plumbing and electric is tacked to wall! Rooms are VERY SMALL.
No base in shower, so when you shower it floods the whole bathroom and even a bit into bedroom.
Bed was HARD and so uncomfortable. Hardly slept. And although the bed and sheets were clean the bathroom was not.
I know people exaggerate, but we are backpacking around Europe and have stayed in many cheap hostels and hotels. This was just impractical and small and not worth your money.!

I had to stay here for a transit night, last minute reservation. It is located in a small side of a building; close to downtown Pisa and to the canal. So, location was a plus. The room was so tiny and the WC (well let's just say that I had to wash my hand from the outside). Nevertheless, bed was clean and lighting in the room was great! Oh.. yes, the lady in the front office was very helpful.
