We found the front desk to be very unfriendly to tourists. Catered mainly to the locals versus obvious Asian looking tourists. I understand we're don't speak the language but be patient with your guests. Problem when everyone was up there was no water pressure. The shower was barely flowing when used. The area for internet usage to print your boarding pass was awful. The keyboard didn't work properly. Had to email your information to the front desk to have them print your boarding pass. Seemed to be an eternity to get it done. Location to the Leaning Tower was the only consolation. Just a mere 10 minutes walking distance. However to get to town was a challenge. Breakfast buffet was good. Kind of disappointed once we settled in.
