Great location 5 mins from station which has trains to main cities in Italy and short train or bus ride to airport. 20 min walk from Tower and cathedral. Very helpful owner who gave us ideas on what to do during our short stay and attractions within the region! Clean rooms!

Michele was very helpful and gave us lots of information about things to do in Pisa. When he heard we were going to other areas he even drew a map and told us the best things to visit.

We stayed in his apartment which was just round the corner from his guest house. It was very spacious and kept clean and tidy. It was a lot of room for just the two of us and we really enjoyed staying there.

Michele went out of his way to be helpful and his useful tips meant we went to some fantastic places.

Excellent all round. Hospitality exceptional with good local advice.
Excellent for families with great location - 15mins from tower and easily within minutes walking of station with frequent airport links for 1 euro.

My wife and I stayed at Michele B & B for 2 nights in June...We had no trouble finding the B & B and as others have commented was in a quiet neighbourhood street just near the train station...Michele was on hand to show us our room and to give us the finer points about Pisa...We stayed in the Cinque Terre room which was just fabulous...Spotlessly clean with a great bathroom and shower...The bed was very comfortable and Michele provides a wirelessly connected laptop all inclusive which was just fantastic...Michele spent time explaining the history of Pisa and which restaurants to eat at...All his suggestions were fantastic as was his recommendation to find and eat some Amedici chocolate which was amazing....The breakfasts were plentiful with cereal, yoghurt, pastries, cheese and bread...At the end of our stay Michele kindly drove us to the airport...What more could you ask for ?...Michele was the perfect host and we would stay with him again without question... His guesthouse is the best place to stay in Pisa...Very highly recommended.

Michele Grieco was wonderful. Stayed in 2 Rm "suite" w/ bath; Michele picked us up at airport since we arrived so late and helped us get to bus the next day. Easy to get to from Airport, and not in the crazy area of the Tower. Would stay there again. Reasonably priced and good breakfast.

  • Liked — convenience in getting in late at night and getting in quickly
  • Disliked — it is in a residential environment - more like an apartment

Michele (owner) could not have been more helpful during our five night stay. His hospitality included picking us up from the airport and helpful recommendations of what to do and what to avoid in Tuscany. The room (Florence suite) was large and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was much appreciated after heat of the Pisan sun! The guest house was a 2 minute walk from the central train station, which was perfect for day trips around the region. Breakfast was excellent as there was a wide selection of things to choose including sweet treats and healthy options! We would definitely return. Thanks Michele!

  • Liked — Proximity to train station, cleanliness, facilities and helpful owner
  • Disliked — In heat could sometimes smell rubbish on balcony outside kitchen

My family and I (5 adutls) had the pleasure of staying at Michele's Guest House, it was like staying with an old friend.
Michele took about 2 hours out of his busy day to talk to us about what Pisa and the Tuscany area had to offer. He made suggestions to our daughter, who is studying art history at university, about where she should go, what she see, he gave her a book to look at about the art in the area. The rooms were big (including the bathroom), they were clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had my best sleep of the trip at Micheles. For breakfast we were given a choice of teas, juices, a selection of cereals, fruits, bread, dairy products & cheeses more then enough to give us a good start for the day.
The next time we are in Italy we will be sure to stay at Micheles for one or two nights.

  • Liked — Comfortable bed
  • Disliked — the view from the window (back of the building)
