We decided to visit San Gimingnano one afternoon while touring around Tuscany. We did not stay overnight in this town, and glad to not do so due to the fact it is generally so crowded. Even though the town seemed so filled with tourists (and their huge buses) we really enjoyed the meal we had at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was even better, and the view from our table was spectacular. I recommend the salad with tuna. This meal was also a break from the wine for us, as we ventured into the local brews on the menu. A great beverage choice for a less formal lunch.
