The pasta dishes were adequate; but why not serve fresh Parmesan rather than the powdered stuff you get in cheap Italian restaurants in the UK? The main course of chicken in Vernaccia sauce was rather dry and unexciting. I have eaten better in our staff canteen. Service was friendly, if a little erratic. Ambiance most pleasant. But they need a better cook to make the most of this place. Not worth a return visit.
