We loved the location, being able to stay so close to the town center! However, the accommodations are a little rough...beds hard, very musty, minimal kitchen, not real clean (floors especially) and sparse living room furniture (only a dining table and older/not so clean loveseat). My 75 year old mother had to sleep on a fold out chair, with a rod in her back (luckily we made friends with someone local who brought her a proper twin spring cot for half the stay). Unless you have your own car (parking space right in front of the apt!), you have to haul your bags all the away across town and the hills can be brutal! Travel light! Same with shopping for groceries...great Coop across town but have to haul bottles/food up over the hill and might be difficult for older travellers. It is unfortunate that the owners do not provide the minimal necessitites of toilet paper & paper towels...bulky items to have to haul, along with food & beverages. Also, no auto drip coffee maker (only a one cup Itailian style which was not acceptable with four guests), but owner did provide French style press which worked a little better.
