Cooking School? Sounds like a boring time to me.... Well get your fun clothes on and spend time with Katia.
Men and women alike will just love the time spent in this REAL Country in.
We made 3 kinds of pasta from scratch, 3 sauces, numerous first dishes and a great dessert.
Katia makes this a fun time and it is totally hands on. Then you drink wine while you eat your own creations. We left with understanding italian cooking and a load of recipes that we will now make at home. It is easier than we imagined.
We were in Italy for 12 days and this cooking class was the highlight.
Email Katia and Fulvo for reservations and details. You will not regret it.

We highly recommend spending an afternoon learning the secrets of Tuscan cooking with Katia and Zio Fluvio. We had a wonderful hands-on experience laughing and learning the history of Tuscan cuisine as we made our meal. Fluvio and Katia are wonderful hosts that create a warm, fun, and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed eating the meal we created ourselves especially the panzanella. We hope to return soon.

My wife and I joined Katia for a lunch cooking class. We made tons of food (several courses) and even had some wine with our meal. It was an all-afternoon event!

Katia was extremely friendly and personable and had fantastic tips for us throughout the entire meal - whether we were making fresh bruschetta, hand-rolled pasta, or delicious saltimbocca!

I highly recommend visiting San Gimignano - it's a beautiful town with incredible views of Tuscany (IMHO better views than Montepulciano) - but if you do, don't miss this cooking class! So much fun :)

The location is outside of the castle walls though, so you'll need a car to get there. Our GPS got us there relatively easily though. Took 15-20 minutes from the main town for a foreigner like me.

As a followup - I've made a few of the dishes that we made in Tuscany since we've arrived back in the States and they have all been just as delicious as we remembered!! YUM

I went on trip advisor to look for a cooking class for my family, liked the reviews & emailed Katia, then we spoke on the phone, she was really nice and very informative.
we got to the villa, what a wonderful place, we were greeted with excellent coffee & wine.
Katia & her uncle who works with her are very knowledgeable regarding Tuscan food & we learned way more the I expected.

great techniques, tips and inside information about Tuscan culinary that you won't be able to read anywhere else.
the food was just perfect & it was all prepared by us, big portions, nicely done & flavorful, like you would never taste out of EUROPE. they would do everything to make sure that you'll enjoy the day and get the feeling of what would be the right combinations to do/try using the right approach for Tuscan food & wine.
I highly recommend !!! defiantly one of the highlights of our trip !!

Thank Rachelio
