Beautiful Garden and pool and a magistic view of San Giminiano ( 10 minutes drive ) .
Our room was the only room located in the Kitchen/reception Building on the groun floor the other rooms were all located in a building facing the reception . though we had a sence of privecy as we had a little terrace to ourselves itwas noicy because of kitchen and the central heating system in the building .
The room was spacious , but smelled musty and didn't feel very clean .
The toiletteries were pretty basic ( only a soap and a shampoo ), You were asked to pay an additional 5 Euros to use the room towels by the pool .
Not a big selection for breakfast but what was served was delicious . You should ask for an espresso or capochino if you want one , they will make it for you .
The trays of cold cuts and chees were not replenished once finished ,so it might make sence to go early for breakfast !
The reception staff were helpfule and accomodating .

Our hosts Barbara, Irene and Fabio were super friendly. Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, nice swimmingpool. We liked our stay here and can recommend this place to anyone. You can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view on the city, read a book or take a glass of wine. Great !

Room Tip: Rooms at the ground floor are wider and give a little bit more comfort, though the other rooms are a...

We had a feeling that this place is striving to be the most perfect place in Tuscany or it just simply was. It's just that you feel that attention is given to each detail, even the corridor in the main building smelled like soft perfume. All so tidy, cute and orderly that we even were kindly asked to hide our bikes behind the main building (not to spoil the perfection of the place, most probably). We had a big laugh.

ROOM&HOTEL - suprisingly huge bathroom, big wooden wordrobes, all decorated in tuscan style, with a view on San Gimignano towers from our window. The reception/breakfast room is located next to the main building, and it is so sunny and cosy to sit there in the mornings - just a perfect start of the day! A seating area outside with a view on San Gimignano.

SERVICE - yes, the english non-speaking Italian old lady is in charge of the reception each day starting from 12 a.m., we tried to speak to her in spanish-italian and it kind of worked - we had a lot of laughs, she was very helpful and welcoming - but i agree that this language struggling might be cumbersome. Early in the morning though her daughter and son can service all your needs in perfect english.

LOCATION - we walked to San Gimignano, it takes 15-25 minutes by foot - first on trail through a small forest, then by wineyards and along ciprese alley up to the town, some 5-10 minutes you walk uphill. We were perfectly happy with location a little outside the town, since it gets really crowded during the day. Driving cab back in the night was EUR 15.

BREAKFAST - so many delicious fresh pastries, yummy. Ham, cheese, cereal.

This quaint bed and breakfast is on a hill across a valley from San Gimignano. The view of the city is fantastic. The location is very quiet, in the farms, with no traffic. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good, better than most Italian hotels. Our only problem, and it was a little problem, was that the bed was a bit hard for our tastes. Do not stay here without a car unless you like hiking up and down hills.

We stayed one night in this lovely b&b whilst visiting Tuscany and what a find!
We were booked into room n7 that has breath taking views of San Gimignano and the tuscan landscapes. We watch the sun rise from our bed and enjoyed delicious fresh breakfast.
The room was very clean and very nicely decorated. Only 5 min drive from the village it has an excellent location and a fabulous pool. The only disappointment was that it wasn't warm enough for us to swim but certainly next time!

Room Tip: Room 7 has 2 windows with views on the village and the country and pool

If you don't want to stay in a city or town, but want to be close to them, this is the place to stay in San Gimignano. Fantastic rooms overlooking the pool or the vineyards towards the town, great breakfasts with wide variety especially of pastries from the owner's bakery. The hosts were helpful and spoke good English. The pool was so refreshing after a hard day of sight seeing! You need a car if you want to avoid about a 2-3Km walk to the town. Parking is provided.
