Our stay at this B & B was great. Not hard to find and really close to what we wanted to see. Got a park right out the front. Very spacious and clean rooms. Room faced the road but noise was not an issue. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had. So much to choose from, and you could have it outside on the terrace. The bathroom was large and really, really clean. Wifi worked well. Siena was a quaint town. We climbed the bell tower and the views were amazing. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We managed to see everything we wanted in a day. Thoroughly reccommend this place.

I stayed there one night and I will be back for the friendly staff, the spaciuos and clean room and for the good value also.
Coming by train, it is conveniently located a few minutes from the train station. On my arrival frienfly staff was willing to help: I always appreciate people doing their job with passion and not only for money.
Piazza del Campo is ten minutes walk, in a beautiful street full of little shops and good restaurants (I recommed the Fonte Giusta 5 min from the bb).
I was travelling on my own and booked a double room single use.
Room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean.Toiletries were ok also.
I appreciated that there were three different curtains on the window since I cannot sleep with light coming in. I had also a pleasant sleep even if the double bed is composed by two single beds put together. My room was overlooking the street, I don't care for the noise but if you need more quietness mention it when you make your reservation.
In the morning breakfast is served until 9.30: the selection was good and I appreciated that beside espresso coffe that you can make at the machine, they also serve original american coffee and most of all that they prepare some sandwiches good to take away ( vegetarians, they also make tomato & mozzarella sandwich).
Summarizing, I strongly recommed this place for people travelling on a budget: the owners won't disappoint you.

This B&B wasn't too hard to find. Long set of stairs to go up. The couple who were operating it while we were there were very nice and helpful. Their english was pretty good. They even let us drag our bikes up the stairs and keep them in one of the common areas which I didn't think they would let us do because bikes are so bulky and can leave marks on walls. So that was nice. The bed was fairly hard and the walls were pretty thin but the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was free internet and a system where your room key card also controls the power to your room. The breakfast was a good mix of your basic italian breakfast foods like croissants and hardboiled eggs. The hotel is located right next to the city wall so its a pleasant stroll that takes you right into the heart of Siena. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is a pretty nice hotel at a very reasonable nightly rate. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable but there were a few minor things that I wasn't crazy about.

There was a slight state of disrepair with some of the amenities in the room (for example, the drain stopper of the sink was missing). The wifi did not work in my hallway. The breakfast was not good at all, so much so that I went out for breakfast the second day. And the location, while not far, was inconvenient with respect to the main areas of the city.

If you're willing to stay a little bit off the beaten path and if you're on a budget then this place is very acceptable but I look at other hotels first the next time I visit Siena.

This B & B had the best breakfast! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hard to find if you are looking too hard. But well worth it. Great location just beyand the wall of the city.

BB Camollia is right outside the Porta Camollia, one of the major doors to old Siena.
Our room was very spacious and clean and had a big private bathroom and shower. The price (70 euro) is really low. The breakfast could be better though, it was just ok.
Fast WiFi connection. The owners are really nice and try to help you in every way.
we found a FREE parking space a few steps far from the hotel.

I'd definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: A room in the the corner of B&B is the best and quietest. Number 11. was excellent!

If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, this is ideal. It is located just outside Porta Camolia .The spotlessly clean and modern rooms in combination with the price(75 euros) which is really low if you compare it to the generally high prices in Sienna, will make you happy with your choice. The owners are helpful and gentle...Not to mention that we found a FREE parking space a few steps far from the hotel...The breakfast could be better though, it was just o.k
