Although the hall of the hotel looks great and the rooms are nicely designed, with comfortable beds, the service is very disappointing for a 4-star Mercure hotel. Reception staff hardly speaks English and is not very efficient (we signalled an issue with the electric box in our room which made a terrible noise and nothing was done to solve it). Breakfast was ok except for the fruit which were not ripe and the (nectar) orange juice which tastes completely chemical.
The location is quite far away from the city centre, so you must have a car (at least there is free parking). WiFI internet costs 3 euros for 2 hours. I like the Mercure brand, but this one is the worst I have been to, not worth the price.More
