“Best Gelato in touring Italy for a month”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

We spent a month touring Italy this past summer sampling Gelato every single day, sometimes more often (hot summer!). Toured at least 20 different cities on day trips.
We spent four days in Siena and returned to this shop several times.
You can see them making the ice cream right in front of you, so you know it's FRESH.
sometimes they run out of a certain flavour and you just have to try something else as they don't keep masses of other products in store like other places.
This was honestly the best gelato we had on our trip. Rich and creamy and full of natural flavour.
if you have one gelato (unlike us) let it be from here!

“Best Gelato in Siena”
Reviewed 17 September 2013 via mobile

The best gelato in Siena and possibly in Italy. One taste and you know this is the real deal, authentically made on the premises. 1.80 euro for the small, 2 flavor cup. I think the prices are too low for the quality!!

“Delicious, Exciting Flavors of Gelato”
Reviewed 12 September 2013

We stumbled upon this little gelato shop while wandering the streets of Siena. This place is located away from the main hustle and bustle of the tourist square and is tucked down a little quiet side street. The line was long with locals so of course we joined the queue -- and I'm so glad we did! The employees were kind and friendly and we communicated just fine with them with our limited Italian. I had a small cup of gelato and the flavors were excellent. Everything tastes so fresh in Italy; the espresso gelato tasted like strong, delicious coffee. You can't go wrong with Italian ice cream and this little shop had some of the best in town.

A hidden gem in Siena. Almost missed it but was intrigued by the que of locals at this side street. This is "gelateria heaven". Avoid the copy cats. Go here instead. Two cones for €2.50.

“Some of the best Ice-cream I had”
Reviewed 30 June 2013

In my opinion, the best ice-cream in Siena!
Each day flavours vary, but all the ones I tried were great.
This little place is a short walk away from thr main attractions, but the walk is definitely worth it.

We couldnt decide what we wanted to have, so the owner let us try the different flavours before deciding.
