We stumbled upon this restaurant by the Palio. We arrived before they were open. The hostess invited us to come inside and have wine, bread and oil!
The dinner specials were excellent, as well as the menu, itself. There were 5 of us and we all tried something different. Everyone raved about their delicious meal.
Also, I want to mention our waitress, however, I do not recall her name. She was from Serbia or Bosnia and was so incredible friendly and helpful to all of us. This restaurant is a must stop while visiting Siena, Italy. The prices were very reasonable, the Chef was courteous and checked on our meals and the wine selection was fantastic. We were going to order a bottle of Brunello, but they were out of it, and so the Chef recommended a bottle of Barola for the same price. It was delicious.
