Had lunch here during a day trip to Gubbio. The restaurant was busy, and almost all Italian people which we thought was a good sign. Had to wait a little while to be found a table as the staff were rushed, but once the staff engaged with us they were courteous, polite and efficient. The menu was small - a good sign. We had antipasti of a board of affitati - sliced meats/cheeses and a burrata - a delicious type of creamy cheese. Good quality olive oil and bread. We followed with two pasta dishes once with hare, the other with asparagus. One pasta dish would have been big enough had we been following on with a meat course but as we weren't the ample portions were welcome. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented nicely. We felt we were eating somewhere that was justifiably proud of its food and took pleasure in serving it. A great rustic atmosphere would make a lovely evening venue too whether as a group or couple. We would certainly return again next time we are in Gubbio.
