We stayed there only one night, and found the hotel a little old and dusty. However, it's in the city center, so you can really just walk around and enjoy the narrow streets of Perugia. Don't buy breakfast at the hotel, it's better to have one at a "bar". Ask at the reception for a special permit to park in a street in the nearby (via di porta Marzia), they should give it for free (it's kind of impossible to park your car in Perugia, so remember to ask for it!).
