Staying at the hotel San Ercolano round the corner, we couldn't miss this place, and we certainly made the most of it! A terrace overlooking the steps of San Ercolano church, pedestrianised ( with steps!) so safe for a small child to explore a little while we relaxed. Great for a drink (cheap cocktails!), breakfast ( great coffee & fresh juice) or an aperitivo. The offer of a vegetarian plate of snacks and a drink for 5 euros could not be refused and was a tasty bargain ( especially the morsel of melanzane parmigiano) and when 2more of our party arrived the food was offered without us asking for it and the bottle of wine they chose was counted as part of the deal! Very kind of them... It seemed to be quite busy day or night and was buzzing around midnight with student types from various countries. Friendly staff ( we met a number of them!) particularly the waitress who was patient with us, an indecisive crowd. A fun place, I would love to hear the live music next time!
