The little place is actually just a pop-out instant stand that serves the best Pork in the area. The owner has been there for 18 years and you can tell why when you taste his Pork that he cuts right in front of you. For those of you that enjoy "pig candy" -- like my sister -- the owner will cut the outside crust of the pig and hand you hot, crispy pork fat that melts in your mouth. We witnessed several locals just purchasing the pork by the pound from him. We ordered a sandwich and we wished we could have ordered one the day before -- it was that good.
