When you visit their website (also in English) you realise that the main event here is Cordon Bleu, and when you arrive and see the plates being served, that feeling is certainly reinforced. They have various sizes to meet the expectations of every type of guest, but the 1Kg is certainly not for the faint hearted. We had the most amazing salad with lambs lettuce, bacon, egg and mushrooms to start, the opted for the 500g version. The only negative for me was the pommes (french fries or chips), as they were not really so good compared with others in Basel, but the main event, starter, service, atmosphere and drinks were all top notch.
