1 check the rates (anything from 110 CHF to 770 CHF per night for the same single room)
2 make sure you don't pay the (slow) internet
3 expect a very average (new) fitness, no pool
4 be ready to fight for your breakfast at the buffet (staff will only stay in your way but not help - everything is in a very narrow space)
5 air conditioning at its worst (impossible to turn on or off, impossible to change the temperature for more then two (!) degrees -
6 no room service, no dry cleaning on saturday's, sunday's
7 only public parking
All in all, if you can stay for 110 CHF it is a fair deal, if you pay more, think about it.
Location is, if you are at any Fair, great - but then the price is overly high
