The food is innovative, tasty, and a good value by Swiss standards. You have to know how the system works: First make sure there is a place to sit. If the place is getting full, people will leave a coat or something on their seat to mark it. (Preferably not a handbag or backpack though I've seen it done.) Then get your plate and fill it, and take it to the cashier. You are charged by weight. A roll is included so don't weigh your roll. The cashier will take your drink order and put everything on a tray for you. You can also come just for a drink or coffee. This place is a hangout as well as a restaurant. Talk to friends, or sit by the window and watch the crowds go by.
