Description: Le Tse-Fung restaurant transports you to the other side of the world: Traditional Chinese and Asian cuisine, crispy duck, dim sum... Red velvet, black lacquer and silk decor take you at once to a Shanghai palace in the 30's. Under delicately wrought lanterns, the most divine treasures of Chinese cuisine... With the help of a predominantly Asian kitchen staff, the Tse Fung's cuisine perpetuates the noble art of authentic Chinese and Asian gastronomy, offered between Lake Leman and the Mont-Blanc. Steamed specialties with the famous dim sum, grand classics made of fish, sea food or poultry... The marriage of textures and the fragrance of rare spices offer amazing culinary experiences, to be tasted in the quiet peace of private rooms or on the terrace, with a view over the lake and the mountains. Le Tsé Fung got awarded 1 Michelin Star in 2016.

Summer dining on terrace is 5 star...the duck is tops but expensive. A large opulent menu meets all tastes, great wine list. Service good. Get invited or have a business dinner or lunch!

With high expectations my wife and I went for dinner at Tse Fung - the restaurant was full, and while initially put off by being placed at a table in a quiet corner, we were soon relieved: the restaurant table distribution is dense and the noise levels are high. We ordered a menu and drunk tea with the food. All was of good quality but not of the excellence we had anticipated, and certainly not what one would call value for money. Service was correct.
Prior to the dinner we had been to the bar, a place to be avoided. Unfriendly, highly accelerated staff, cocktails at exhorbitant prices and again rather claustrophobic, voluminous furniture in a dense setting. What I did not appreciate at all was that when we asked white wine by the glass we were offered Chardonay - fortunately I had noted on their list a Puligny-Montrachet which is technically a Chardonnay but comes with a price tag of CHF35,-- . I thought CHF15,-- for an ordinary 1 dl of Chasselas was already more than enough.

Very good ambience in a nice setting. Very Good and polite service but the waiters took away the plates without asking, assuming the customers finished. obviously they don't know the juice in the plate is the best for rice in Chinese eating. In such high end restaurant, not china but metal plates are on the table. That's more like a street café in Hong along, but the price in HK street café costs one twentieth in this restaurant. The food is extremely overpriced in terms of quality and taste. It's basically still Chinese food Swiss style cooking but with much triple the price comparing to take away.
In conclusion, if you are not familiar with Chinese food and want to eat Chinese with style ( which is difficult usually), it is recommended.

Im so glad that this restaurant is a very good example of combination of Chinese and European style.waiters are all Europeans and the service is fantastic.the food is good although Im a Chinese and have a very high requirement on the Chinese cuisine.the Beijing duck is just so so.the atmosfera is very very nice.the cook are Chinese.the customers all are Europeans, almost no Chinese clients.Anyway,I like it very much and I hope more and more Chinese can open the restaurant with high taste like this.if i were right, the owner is not chinese which is a pity for me.

We arrived at 21, after reserving a nice table and we got one in front on the bar! Despite the empty ones inside. You are obliged to order the same menu so no two menus no menu ! One from the three waiters were smiling and not a single explanation about the dishes !!! .. I was just eating my desert when one of them attempted to pick my plate without asking If I've finished!!!.. The food is logically better than the one in front of the train station but far from being great.. On top of that my and my friend had stomach pain in the morning... Very disappointed at the end
