“Small portions”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 August 2014

We spent CHF 70 on food for a lunch for 2 and were still hungry, had a sandwich when I was back in the office. Quality of sushi/sashimi/rolls is reasonable, nothing special. But the prices are so high, verging on ridiculous.

“Outdated and very expensive for what it is”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 May 2014

This is one of these restaurants where everything is average and yet you end up paying an awful lot of money for basically, nothing… There are way better options in Geneva, one of them is absolutely SushiShop.

“Acceptable still sushis”

Not that tasty sushi. Not adequate choices while the price is quite high for what you get. The drinks have somehow reasonable price.

“Overpriced, mediocre Sushi”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 December 2013

The only reason for going to this place is if you absolutely want to show off with someone, since the sushi train might entertain someone who has never seen it for the first 5 minutes. That's about it. Sushi is average and in ridiculously small portions. Tempuras were cold, and so are the yaki toris, made of some not well identified minced meat. Finally the place is way overpriced, well above 100CHF for two even in the case you use buy-club. For the same price you can find much better, really gourmet, sushi places in Geneva like Misuji or Kakinuma. Budget ones are also available throughout the town. In one sentence: budget quality sushi at gourmet price.

“Overpriced, poor seating, poor food options”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 December 2013

I ate here recently, with the family. Two adults, two kids.

It was a disappointment.

No normal tables, just some bar stools, around the rotating japanese food 'train', where I counted about 6 different dishes, each spaced out more than a meter..

Ok, the food was reasonable, but:
- two little sushi's: 7 francs
- four tiny maki's: 7 francs
bottle of cheap rose: 34 francs

After paying the bill (over 150 francs) I was still hungry.

If I am going to spend a serious amount on a family lunch, then at least give me decent seating, good food choices and excellent service.

Won't go back.
